Service Description
When you visit the clinic for your Trichology Consultation you can expect a thorough examination of your hair and scalp, in-depth questioning about your medical history, nutrition, lifestyle and hair care routine, all of which aid diagnosis. A treatment plan is then put together, personalised for you.
Cancellation Policy
Before booking any appointment at Bowe Hair and Scalp Clinic and Spa (excluding Japanese Head Spa Treatments), a Trichology Consultation with Diane is required. The consultation lasts up to 1 hour and 30 minutes. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule to the next available time. A 50% deposit is required for all bookings. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. For further details please see our Refund Policy.
