We hope you love your products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Delivery & Collection
We offer delivery for £4.00 per parcel, with orders dispatched within 2 working days and sent via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked postage.
Your items are also available for free collection from our Darlington Clinic.
Free delivery is available on all orders over £50.
