Returns & Refund Policy

 
We hope you love your Bowe Organics, Organic Colour Systems and Trichology Home Care Range products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note this returns and refunds policy is only for Bowe Organics, Organics Colours Systems and Trichology Home Care Range products and not for any of our Trichology Services , Trichology treatments or Hair Appointments.
