Cancellation Policy
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. If notified within this timeframe, we will gladly assist in rescheduling your appointment to a more convenient time.
Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all treatments. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward the final cost of your treatment.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and is not transferable.
We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment, as this ensures the best experience for you and others. We may not be able to accommodate your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
